Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TOTELOAD 82WOOD LINE Inc. ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Moveli mobile application and the website at toteload82woodline.com (together, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Moveli. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Service if you have previously been removed from it for violating these Terms.
2. Your account
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@toteload82woodline.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Licence to use the Service
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms, the app store's rules, and applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent that such restrictions are prohibited by law.
4. Your content and your input
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, prompts, and other material you submit to the Service ("Input").
- You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display your Input solely to operate and provide the Service — for example, to generate your requested output and to make it available to you.
- You confirm that you own your Input or have all permissions necessary to use it in this way, including the consent of any person who appears in it.
- You must not submit images or videos of another person without their permission, and you must never submit material involving a minor.
Output created for you by the Service may be used by you for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to the rights of third parties.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:
- sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors in any way;
- depicts a real person in a false, deceptive, or defamatory light, including deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- harasses, threatens, or incites violence or hatred against any person or group;
- infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- is fraudulent or designed to deceive, including impersonation of a person or organisation;
- is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where it is received;
- contains malware, or is intended to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
You also agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, to circumvent usage limits or content filters, or to use automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we provide.
6. Enforcement
We may review content and activity to enforce these Terms. We may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Where we reasonably believe a violation involves the safety of a minor, we will report it.
7. Purchases, credits, and subscriptions
Moveli is free to download. Certain features may consume credits or require a paid subscription. Prices, credit costs, and what is included are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase, and payment is handled by the app store you use.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations and refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy; you can manage a subscription in your store account settings.
- Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including the app store and cloud infrastructure and moderation vendors. Their terms may also apply to your use. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any particular generation will produce a result that meets your expectations.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOTELOAD 82WOOD LINE Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your Input, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including claims brought by a person who appears in material you submitted without permission.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — will continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless mandatory local law gives you a different forum.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
