This Privacy Policy explains how TOTELOAD 82WOOD LINE Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Moveli mobile application (the "App") and the website at toteload82woodline.com (the "Site"). It also describes the choices available to you.

By downloading or using Moveli, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

• Media you upload. Photos and videos you select or capture in order to create content with Moveli.
• Prompts and settings. The text prompts, style choices, templates, and other parameters you enter.
• Account details. If you create an account or sign in, the identifiers needed to operate it, such as your email address or a third-party sign-in identifier.
• Support requests. The contents of messages you send us, including any attachments, and your contact details.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and app information. Device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, and a device or app identifier.
• Usage information. Which features you use, how often, generation counts, and error or crash diagnostics.
• Approximate location. Region or country level, inferred from your IP address, used for content compliance and service availability.
• Purchase information. If you buy credits or a subscription, we receive a transaction confirmation from the app store. We do not receive your full payment card number.

1.3 Information we do not ask for

We do not require your precise location, your contacts, or access to your photo library beyond the specific media you choose to select. Moveli does not operate a public feed, so your creations are not published to other users.

2. How we use information

• To provide the App's core features: receiving your input, generating videos and images, and returning results to you.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App, including diagnosing faults and measuring which features are used.
• To manage credits, subscriptions, and entitlements.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service — including attempts to generate prohibited content.
• To comply with legal obligations and to respond to lawful requests.
• To respond to your support requests and to send you service-related notices.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering the App you requested); legitimate interests (securing and improving the service); consent (where we ask for it, for example for optional marketing or device permissions); and legal obligation (retaining records we are required to keep).

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. Vendors that host our infrastructure, process media, run moderation and security checks, and provide analytics or customer support tooling — each bound by contract to use the data only for us.
• App store and payment platforms. Google and other distributors, to process purchases and to comply with their policies.
• Legal and safety. Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

• Uploaded source media. Used to produce your result and removed from our processing pipeline once generation completes.
• Generated results. Retained for a limited period so you can download and review them within the App, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
• Account and transaction records. Kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@toteload82woodline.com. We will confirm your request and complete it within the timeframe required by applicable law.

6. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting staff access to what their role requires, and monitoring intended to detect unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

Moveli is not intended for children. It is not directed to anyone under the age of 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• request a portable copy of your information;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

9. International transfers

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or by email. Continued use of Moveli after an update means you accept the revised policy.
