A generation failed or looks wrong
Retry once — generation is probabilistic and results vary between attempts. If a job fails repeatedly, check that your photo is a supported format and that your connection is stable, then email us with the approximate time of the failure and the mode you used.
How do credits work?
Some creation modes consume credits; others do not. The cost is always shown before you confirm. Credits are added to your account when a purchase completes and are non-transferable.
I was charged but did not receive credits
Purchases can take a short time to appear. If they have not arrived after a few minutes, email us with the Google Play order number (found in your purchase confirmation email) and we will investigate.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not inside Moveli. Open the Google Play Store app, go to your account, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for app purchases are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. You can request one through the Play Store, or contact us and we will point you to the right place. For duplicate or clearly erroneous charges, email us and we will help.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@toteload82woodline.com from the address associated with your account and ask for deletion. We will confirm the request and complete it within the timeframe required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What content is not allowed?
Moveli does not permit harmful, deceptive, or non-consensual content, and never content involving a minor. You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. Our Terms of Service set out the full list.
Which devices and Android versions are supported?
Moveli runs on Android and is distributed through Google Play. The store listing shows the current minimum Android version and any device requirements.
